2. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES
2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
A. GENERAL USERS.
In operating the Site, we include a registration process that asks you to provide your name, email address, amount spent previously on coaching services, and the type of coaching and/or training services you are seeking. This information can be analyzed individually or in unique combinations to identify you and thus we refer to it herein collectively as “Personal Information”. If you purchase coaching or products from the Site, we may also collect payment information from you depending on whether the purchase occurs through our Site or a third-party. For on Site purchases, we will collect your name, email address, location, and payment information. If you believe an account has been opened in your name by another person, please contact us using the Contact function on the Site.
B. COACHES AND COACHING BUSINESSES.
We collect a variety of information from coaches and coaching businesses. The first category is information available in the public arena such as name, website and contact information for coaches. The second category of information is detailed in a commercial agreement a coach or coaching business signs with us, and should be referred to for further disclosures.
2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

We use remarketing services from time-to-time with Google Adwords and the Facebook marketing platforms. Remarking platforms assign you an identifier tag when you visit our Site and then track your activities on the web for the purpose of showing you advertisements reflecting the subject matter of sites you’ve visited – a form of behavior advertising. You can log out of Google’s program here and Facebook’s program here.
